“Staff was exceptional! Complements to all! Room was very clean and room amenities were plentiful. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Did not use the gym, pool was closed (for the season?). Highly recommended!”

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”
