“My son and I spent one night here on May 2, 2025. It was an exhausting day because we were lied to and ripped off by Europcar. We couldn’t get any roadside assistance even though we paid extra for it Upon arrival at the Luib, we were met with understanding and caring. They have a small staff and a tough job. "The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs "
