“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“Seriously such an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for us before our flight so we could go explore the city. We got back to the hotel and had time to kill before our flight but had already checked out of our hotel room, I went to the basement to use the public restroom to find an entire lounge area with couches, a tv, and a foosball table! We were able to get some work done before our flight and stay in the comfort of their lounge instead of the……
