“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“Nice hotel in nice area . We were on 5th floor and it seemed like the noise outside echoed into the room. We heard cars conversations etc… which carried on throughout the evening. Loved that it had a pool, many hotels in the Downtown area don’t have this. Staff were really nice especially Penar who catered the event I attended. Very professional, kind and outstanding service. ”
