The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud.
The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price.”
“Great place to stay in Sarajevo. Only 2 mins walk to Sarajevo old town and few historic places. Really convenieng for public transport user as the tram is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. And there’s taxi stations nearby hotel that you can book to airport/railway station. Sarajevo Railway station and bus station is only 2-3km away. ”
“This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. ”

The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk.
