“The employees were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The housekeeper in charge of laundry has been with the hotel for 15 yrs! The laminate flooring in the room was so much cleaner than hotels that had carpeting. The sofa bed was as per expected with all sofa beds—well, serviceable but probably better for little kids. The king bed was very comfortable. I really like the full size use of permanently installed shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Very comfortable stay. Only suggestion……
