“My husband and I stayed at Frank's place for two nights in July 2025 so we could see the 1759 Siege at Fort Niagara. This cute little red house had everything we needed for our stay. It was super clean, comfortable, and had extra amenities like a charcoal grill, patio table/chairs, firepit, and washer/dryer. The binder in the living room with house rules and information was also helpful. The property is in a quiet location but close to restaurants and attractions. Communication with Frank……

“Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do……
