“Wonderful, kind hosts. Had a great time at this hotel. I especially enjoyed the spacious room and many places to hang clothes. There was a hairdryer, no tv, private bathroom and a balcony to hang out on. Sometimes you could hear noise from outside but it’s a very quiet street overall, and we were on the ground floor so it was not a problem. Would highly recommend.”

“Check in was straight forward. English speaking staff. We had a couple of issues, bathroom lock kettle but they fixed it. They have a construction next door but that's out of their hands. Staff are polite, helpful, respectful. The area is great and really busy with lots of shops to eat within walking distance. Breakfast was basic. ”

“They have a beautiful wood stove and know exactly when to serve tea and they share it a lot! It is easy to keep in touch with those that speak English via WhatsApp on their WiFi and I used Google translate for some of the staff who don’t and they could hear what I was trying to say in Arabic then easily help me with what I needed. “I stayed here with my husband. It is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly enough but we had come from another hotel in Marrakesh and compared to that hotel, the customer service wasn’t as good. We arrived around 4pm I believe and the room wasn’t ready so we had a little wait in the lobby, maybe 15-30mins. I have VIP perks with Expedia but didn’t feel that gave me anything at this hotel (I hadn’t checked if I’d be entitled to anything). The bars in the hotel were nice and the hotel is……

“位置位於新城，周邊環境稍靜比老城整潔，但附近沒有什麼餐廳，向火車站方向走10分鐘左右會有幾家不錯的餐廳。走去麥地那大概15分鐘，去廣場大約20分鐘。房間較大，Dar比Raid更偏向酒店式，沒有異味，隔音也好很多。但我們前兩晚住的房間熱水不熱，空調也壞了晚上有點冷，酒店在最後一晚主動幫我們換了房間，熱水和空調問題都解決了。早餐是摩洛哥水準，基本每頓都是吃差不多的東西，餐廳的小塔樓有成為網紅潛質”

A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety.
