“We loved this place! It was in a perfect location and had great views. We saw turtles every day at the dock. The pool area and restaurant are awesome and a short walk. Chris and Jeneise were easy to work with. Beds are comfy. We will be back! Great vacation! ”

“Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.”

“This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!”

“We stayed in Coral Sands May 2-9, 2022. There were 3 couples… using 2 bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom in the efficiency apartment downstairs. Perfect for a group, plus privacy. The home is tidy & well stocked. Best of all, the AC blows cold when you need it! Hoopers Bay is one of the most beautiful spots on the island…pristine, sandy beach with clear, calm water AND sea turtles. We rented a 21’ boat for the week and kept it on the buoy a few feet off the shore. Every day was a new……
