“Said you needed wristbands for the pool but didn’t monitor that. One guest invited 20+ members of their family to a pool party. They brought barbecues and everything. Took over the entire pool and spa. Hotel staff did nothing. You are not allowed to control your own room AC. Hotel sets it and it was too hot to even sleep”

“We had stayed at the four-point hotel before, and it felt good, but the booking was really disappointing. The bathroom’s door and toilet would make a loud noise. “Muy buen hotel por el precio. Tiene refrigerador, horno de microonda y una pequena alberca, un peque;o gimnasio. Incluye desayuno mini buffete. Incluye omelet, jugo y leche. Pan, cereal y tortitas de carne. Lo unico que no me gusto es que no hay botellas de agua de cortesia y si quieres necestias compralo. Y lo peor es que el agua del lavabo sale completamente agua.
