“We had a great time here and it was the perfect location to easily access all the events around Saratoga and Ballston Spa for our cousin’s wedding. We realized someone had left an engagement ring in one of the bedroom drawers 30 minutes after checkout. Management was very responsive and able to quickly unlock the door to avert a crisis and meltdown before our long trip home. Highly recommended for your next trip to Saratoga. ”

The apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and the host Peter is really nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is also perfect. It’s quiet with waterfront access, but minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Anything that went "wrong" is to be expected of an old house: thin walls and windows, creaky floors, doorknobs you kinda have to fiddle with. My group loved it. It was such a cozy stay in the type of house that is so unique to the Northeast. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of downtown.”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location in our opinion is ideal for this area. It made for a easy commute to SPAC for the Matt Rife show. It also made for short trips for meals and those small items that may have forgotten to pack very easy. The home was comfortable and and relaxing! But of course, access to the hot tub that is offered here mad our stay very comfortable. Thanks Mike for giving us the opportunity to stay.”
