“I was late for check-in due to a delayed flight and had to call the emergency number 4 times before someone answered the phone to allow me to check in. “I had booked two rooms for fellow travers and my husband and I. Only one was ready at 3:00, the other was not ready until 5:00. We got into our room and kept our friend's luggage in our room and walked around until we could all get checked in.
