“Dunes Inn & Suites is a nice older property that has been renovated and upgraded to make it more modern. The room featured two very comfortable queen beds, plus a well-appointed kitchenette. Dishes, pans, and dish washing supplies were provided. There is coffee in the room and also in the lobby. We didn't use the pool, but it did look inviting and had a lot of lounge chairs. “This is our go to spot. Rich with history and a great location. Wonderful breakfast spot in the basement, Deb's. Tandem bar attached with a free glass of wine or beer each night. Bartenders leave a bit to be desired but dont let them stop you from getting your nighly libation. Otherwise, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. ”

“My wife and I prefer to stay in historic hotels whenever we can. We love the character, the classic comfort and ambiance, and the beautiful location on Reynolds Square. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel offered a wine and cheese gathering in the lobby on Friday evening. They also served up fresh, hot cookies in the evenings. This hotel was a classic that lived up to our expectations. The location was close to all we wanted to do. This was much more enjoyable for us as compared……
