“I had booked two rooms for fellow travers and my husband and I. Only one was ready at 3:00, the other was not ready until 5:00. We got into our room and kept our friend's luggage in our room and walked around until we could all get checked in. Also, we couldn't pay for the room when we checked in because the system was down and they couldn't run our card. “Dunes Inn & Suites is a nice older property that has been renovated and upgraded to make it more modern. The room featured two very comfortable queen beds, plus a well-appointed kitchenette. “This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. “Gorgeous hotel in a great location. The room is large and well laid out, comfy bed and furniture, ample kitchen. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and city tours. They even put ice cream bars in the freezer as a welcome treat. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Savannah. ”
