“Our family of multiple generations aging from 3 to 78 had a wonderful time. Excellent communication by the owners. The house was very clean and a great location. All the amenities you would need in the kitchen as well. Tons of tubes, kayaks, floats etc. We enjoyed using the outdoor bbq pit as well. The kids and I loved the kayaks and the independence that gave them. They had a pre-made bonfire as well and extra wood for the other nights. We saw tons of wildlife (Deer every morning and……

“The location is about a mile from Gruene Hall, restaurants, & shopping! There are 2 houses with direct access to the Guadalupe River in the back yard! Great communication with the Host from the beginning & the best “stocked” house we have stayed at over the years. This was a family trip with husband, 4 kids (16-22 years old), my Dad, our 20 year old son’s girlfriend & her best friend. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Kerrville flood & it rained the whole time as well, so we didn’t get to……

“The Skyhouse was a fantastic getaway for our family and friend’s birthday trip. The house was beautifully located above the Guadelupe River. We enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the river flow and watching deer run around the yard. The bedrooms were situated great for our family with having a separate pool house with bedrooms and upstairs in the main house separate from the master bedroom downstairs.
