“The property is amazing and we truly enjoyed the excursion to the organic farm and the cooking lesson with a most amazing chef. Service otherwise was very hit and miss. Especially annoying were incidents where staff didn't get back to us and/or insisted on doing things their way which inconvenienced us, e.g. insisting on one check for breakfast when we wanted one check per room.”

“I arrived late at night. The night watchman let me in. When he opened the door at the street I was alarmed to see what looked like a rather messy backyard, with a large tent-like structure and a concrete chiminea, as well as drums, odd sculptures and used mats lying about. He took me to a ground floor room and I was alarmed to see that it had no windows except for a large one that that had to remain curtained because it looked out to the indoor sitting area I had just walked through. “L habitación está muy amplia y limpia; Cómodas las instalaciones!”

“La alberca no está templada, el agua está helada, el temazcal tampoco sirve, si pagas por medio de cualquier aplicación, no te dan el desayuno. No lo recomiendo para ir en pareja, es mejor con niños para que disfruten de correr en las áreas verdes. La tirolesa funciona hasta la 1 de la tarde y sólo es para niños. Es pet friendly y hay popos por los jardines, debes caminar con cuidado. El desayuno muy caro y bastante pobre.(malo)”
