“The property is amazing and we truly enjoyed the excursion to the organic farm and the cooking lesson with a most amazing chef. Service otherwise was very hit and miss. Especially annoying were incidents where staff didn't get back to us and/or insisted on doing things their way which inconvenienced us, e.g. insisting on one check for breakfast when we wanted one check per room.”

Positives: The staff were very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding—honestly, the best ironed shirt I’ve ever received at a hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the plaza and right on Aldama. The gym and spa were excellent; my wife especially loved her facial.
