“The facility is kept clean, beautiful architecture, when I say facility that's what many of the locals have said, that it was a rehab center about three years ago. It's eerie indeed, there was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, there are no phones in the rooms; Jacuzzi tub did not work, only a small fan in the room and there are no windows to the outside of the building Unfortunately we could not go to another hotel, so we stayed the 5 days we paid for, it far from the center, you have to take a taxi every……

“Es bonito, pero buscaría mejor un hotel con estacionamiento ya que se tardan 30 minutos en venir por tu carro o a regresarlo. Tiene escaleras para las dos habitaciones que reservamos y no lo sabíamos. Yo daría una calificación de 8”

“Everything was excellent, location, easy to parking, restaurants and bars around the area, everything near by within walking distance. The room needs AC Unit, was to hot and the ceiling fan was not enough.”

Positives: The staff were very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding—honestly, the best ironed shirt I’ve ever received at a hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the plaza and right on Aldama. The gym and spa were excellent; my wife especially loved her facial. Negatives: Unfortunately, the first coffee we received somehow had what seemed to be an acid-based cleaner in it, which burned my wife’s throat. That……
