“The property is amazing and we truly enjoyed the excursion to the organic farm and the cooking lesson with a most amazing chef. Service otherwise was very hit and miss. Especially annoying were incidents where staff didn't get back to us and/or insisted on doing things their way which inconvenienced us, e.g. insisting on one check for breakfast when we wanted one check per room.”

“La vista es muy buena, y la atención en recepción fue excelente. Pero no revisaron mi habitación y habian cosas sin limpiar o sucias. El restaurante tenia pocas opciones de almuerzo, el desayuno si estuvo muy bueno. Si son personas que no les gusta los insectos, no lo recomiendo porque es bastante rustico, al natural y campestre (a mi no me incomodo pero a mi hermana si) Conseguir transporte es dificil porque no llegan los uber, lo mejor es tener el contacto de un taxi desde recepción. ”

“Nice clean hotel in downtown Guanajuato. As every other hotel in downtown, there’s no parking on site so you have to take a taxi and pay to be taken to your car every time you need to use it (15 minutes one way).”
