“I don’t often write reviews, but in this case, I feel I should. Positives: The staff were very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding—honestly, the best ironed shirt I’ve ever received at a hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the plaza and right on Aldama. The gym and spa were excellent; my wife especially loved her facial. Negatives: Unfortunately, the first coffee we received somehow had what seemed to be an acid-based cleaner in it, which burned my wife’s throat. That……
