“ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。”

“Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous! I had several mornings with no hot water. Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high.
