“In principle, Rooms / Restaurants Cleanliness, Quality of Service is nice. However, the facilities a little old. In the previous midnight before leaving, there is a lot of water on the ground in the bathroom and no idea where it came from. Also, there is no found a bath mat in the toilet.”

“We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue.
