“We had a wonderful stay at Spare Time beach house. The location was perfect—right across the street from the ocean with an incredible, unobstructed view of the Pacific. We could hear the waves from inside the house, which made the whole experience feel so peaceful and relaxing.The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Constant activity on the old wharf and surrounding bay view that fills all the windows on the back of the house. Handy location to base out of for all your Bodega Bay activities, and plenty of information provided to start from.”

“This house does not disappoint! Gorgeous views in every direction. The pool and hot tub area is amazing with beautiful flowers and landscaping. You are literally surrounded by nature. The house itself is perfect. It has everything you need. Communication was great and if you have an issue with anything, it is resolved quickly. Absolutely recommend this house for your stay to the Sonoma area!!”

“If you are familiar with Dillon Beach you will love this house. I was surprised how easy the access to the beach was give the location of this property. A short walk down the road leads to a trail that lands you on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the door. And if you didn’t get enough of the ocean the view from the living room includes plenty of the pacific and Bodega Head. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 6 adults, two kids, and a baby.”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
