“The hotel staff and room was excellent in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. Only reason for low rating was the attached Ruth Cris steakhouse. As we were seated and waited for a waiter/waitress for thirty mins and didn’t get service at all. So we left and went to the hotel bar restaurant and were served promptly and the food was excellent. ”
