“The outward appearance is definitely Cape Cod and very quaint and beautiful. We stayed in “Sweat Pea” which was a nice unit but the bathroom was very dated and needs updating.”

“Wonderful place with warm saltwater pool, delicious breakfast options, and in the Admiral’s Suite the jacuzzi tub was deep and perfect and the gas fireplace warmed up the room and added to the ambience. Would definitely stay again!”

“House was old with paint chipping inside and bathroom floors not very clean. Only 4 large towels with no kitchen towel (only a kitchen wash cloth). Aluminum pans burned food. Overall, it was nice just to have a house to stay in instead of a resort.”

“The home was exactly as described and it was more cozy and comfortable than we could have hoped for. It was great after breakfast to be able to walk a paved trail directly behind the property thru the forest with the trees changing to brilliant colors of fall. The location to grocery stores, restaurants was also very convenient and we look forward to coming back to cape cod and definitely would want to stay here again. ”

Stacey's communication was incredible right from the get go - she was thorough, timely, and clear in her instructions, and very responsive to questions. “House was very clean and comfortable. Some problems with the grill ( heat not high enough). Lovely back porch in quiet yard and neighborhood. Would have been nice if there was a booklet letting us know what amenities were close by ( restaurants, markets). Also , no soap or shampoo in the bathroom , which did not feel very welcoming .”

“Enjoyed our labor day weekend stay. The house was perfect-clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and fun to take a walk with our dog. Lots of turkeys in the neighborhood! Harwich is a pretty town. Loved Jackknife Covet to let our dog run on the beach.”
