“What a GEM. Gorgeous updated apt (pictures didn’t even do it justice) in the perfect location. We were traveling for work, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk everywhere. Greg was the perfect host, available 24/7. We will stay here again and again! 10/10. Kristen & Ginny”

“Es war eine ganz bezaubernde Wohnung, genauso wie auf den Bildern, in wunderbarer Umgebung. Die Eigentümer der Wohnung ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können das Quartier absolut weiter empfehlen.”

“The host was amazing to deal with and when you are doing a trip to NYC that helps a lot. Place was super clean! I don’t think you can find a better value in Manhattan. Honestly book this place. 2 bedrooms. It’s not too cramped. They keep it very clean. And the AC unit actually works and keeps you cool. I have stayed in a lot of places in Manhattan and for the money this is top notch!”

“Wow. This property exceeded every expectation I had. Location, location, location! Huge apartment with 4 bedrooms and ample entertaining space, but the highlight was the private outdoor space, it was a little oasis, in the bustle of the city. Walkable to most anything, or a quick subway or Lyft to wherever I wanted to be. Dining and shopping choices right outside the front door. Host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about his attentiveness. This place……
