“We had an amazing stay ,the house is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the busy world. We enjoyed kayaking on the river, soaking in the views, and just listening to the sounds of nature.”

“Our family was gathering in Heathsville for Christmas and additional accommodations were needed to ensure everyone’s comfort over the holiday. While much of our time was spent at ‘Grandma’s house’ a few miles away, this was the perfect place for us to enjoy late evenings and early mornings. Cousins could be heard laughing long into the night as they caught up in the ‘loft room’, each morning started with a stroll in the dock, and days ended by gazing at the stars.Despite a slight communication……

“We knew that April would be an iffy monlh to rent, but the weather did cooperate. The water was too cold and it was extremely windy but we did get to sit on the beach one day, fly kites and play in the sand on other days. Beautiful view, beautiful home. Lots of toys/books for our 4 grandchildren to play with. The bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen provided lots of room for all of us.”

“What a wonderful property--Eleven of us stayed at this beautiful, waterfront home and enjoyed it so much. Loved the floorplan of the house, the gorgeous outdoor space and fire pit, the beach, the sunroom area, and the location. Home is well-maintained and was very clean. The owner is friendly, and was responsive to all of our needs; He sent me several helpful messages to prepare for our stay. Close to Ingram Bay marina, where we took a sunset cruise, to include dinner at Reedville Market. Five……

“My family of four (all adults) and our fur baby spent this past weekend in this home. First, the property is secluded and private. Very nice view of the river. Very clean. I love that there’s no carpet and rugs! The beds are comfortable and the hosts thought of everything you need. Firewood, crackers, chocolate, marshmallows for smores, bottled water, sunscreen, bug spray, lanterns for outside. The little things matter, like well labeled switches, good wifi, place to work, well stocked kitchen.……

“Beautiful house and location, exactly as described, for our family to spend spring break "work-cation" working and playing. Great spot for 7 year-olds to go fishing, crabbing, and explore the woods, some nearby adventures to fossil beach and woodsy playgrounds. good set up for working remotely. Great to have kayaks, fishing rods, game table and board games provided. great time all around.”
