“Comfortable and clean room near shopping and restaurants. One elevator stopped working partway through our trip, increasing wait times but other than that, there were no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful!”

In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️”
