“Gorgeous view and perfect location -- secluded, but still within a few minutes of town. A great base camp for exploring all of northeast Ga. We did have a minor issue -- main light in the master bath was not working, but we were able to use the mirror in the downstairs bath and Karen was super responsive and helpful.”

“Dancing Bream was such a great stay in Hiawassee! Our one night while passing through the North GA Mountains made us want to book another trip very soon! Not ideal for 3 couples as all of the bedrooms “connect”. But for a single family or two couple and kids it’s a great spot. My daughter loved the beautiful dock and deck space! The hosts were excellent and very helpful! We will definitely plan to be back and take full advantage of all of the Lake has to offer! ”

“Outstanding location for sight-seeing and shopping between Highlands,NC and Dillard,Clayton GA. House was well appointed, provided everything for our needs and great for privacy for 2 adult couples. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and the screened porch. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again in the future. ”
