“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Very clean and comfy room, facilities were nice and was great for a single night stay. Disappointed with the parking as was advertised as secure parking, yet I was guided to park in the middle of a set of storage units at the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and hotel looked well kept, nice location too.”

“The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,……

“Very comfortable and beautifully clean room and en-suite. Staff all very friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Was delighted to receive a welcome email with key information a few days before arrival - requested a mattress topper and it was in place when we arrived. Breakfast absolutely gorgeous, treat to have proper toast not just warm bread. Staff serving breakfast particularly caring and helpful - 1st time we’ve ever tipped breakfast waiting team in hotel! ……

“This hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. “If I could rate it higher stars I would!! This is a fantastic place. The owner Steve was great - very helpful and accommodating. There were many breakfast options and the food was good. The decor in the building is very artsy and gorgeous. I got a good vibe from the place as soon as I walked in - very welcoming. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Eastbourne boardwalk and 5-10 minute walk into town. Good location. I would stay here again when in Eastbourne.”
