“Staff are amazing! Friendly and very helpful! ”

“Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that……

“My room was huge but facing onto a noisy road. After the rush hour however it was fine. I slept extremely well . Very good breakfast the following morning. Very good internet was appreciated ”

“We stayed there for a wedding that took place at their venue, the room although “deluxe” felt more like a standard room. The sheets looked worn out and the shower room floor could be cleaner like the rest of it was. It was good to have a coffee machine and tea supplies in the room.”
