“Lovely hotel !! The service was excellent throughout and the room lovely. The food in the upper deck was fantastic and the drinks on the lawn were very enjoyable. Only small gripe was that the room was extremely hot and the wedding guests from the wedding that was also going on were very loud below the room so we could not open the window. “This is a lovely hotel in the perfect location for a visit to Christchurch. The premier room we had was huge and well appointed. The aircon was very useful in the hot weather we had. We got the early check in, which I recommend as it’s easier to find a parking spot earlier in the day. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a free welcome drink. “A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and guest ready. We chose to cook breakfast and take it to our room. David and Pumpkin were both on hand to ensure we had everything we needed. I can highly……
