“The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and reception nice and the breakfast was good. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby at all times. The room was nice, but not exceptional. Microwave and refrigerator were both clean and handy. The bathroom needed some updating in the shower with more grab bars and a curtain. I did like the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Mattress was firmer than I like and I had a hard time getting to sleep. I also wish that the pillows were a standard……

“I have traveled extensively, but I have never encountered a hotel with such a multitude of issues. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by individuals at the front desk using profanity and appearing to be under the influence of substances. The front desk staff member made a concerted effort to manage the situation. After receiving the keys to our room, we walked down the hallway, which had a noticeable odor of cigarettes and marijuana. “Night staff was amazing! Turned on the sauna for my son after the tournament so he could recover. I was made aware of a prior leak in the room and the room had a musty smell but we could manage with it. The issue was the morning when we woke up to a room infested with ants. They were in the beds, chargers, bags and shoes. I made the front desk aware. They offered nothing to make up for it and barely an apology, sadly. I hope they spray asap and can manage the smell damage from the prior leak. ”

“Beautiful apartment in a hip spot. Very comfy bed. A little pricey, but we were in town for a concert and all the hotels in the area were expensive. Note that the Marrakech restaurant downstairs started loud karaoke at 8:30am on Saturday morning, but thankfully we were already awake!”

“Great place to stay if you want an ambient Boujie get away. Rooms not younger kid friendly. You do not have options to bring your own food because it is a more upscale hotel without microwaves lol, but you do have great dining areas and close to restaurants. Very convenient to have room fridge stocked of items to buy as well as snacks! Better than having to run down stairs if feeling snackish! Definitely would stay here on a girls get away! Or one on one!”
