“Great spot walking distance to the drive. Room had everything it needed: comfortable bed, spacious room and great shower pressure. Owner let me stay longer as well to check out. Great hosts!”

“Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. The only complaint that I have is the shower did not have great……

“The house was very clean and any questions were answered promptly. We made the walk to the beach several times, the stroller available to borrow and sand toys were really thoughtful. The neighborhood is in a private road area. Would definitely stay here again!”

“There seems to be 3 rooms being rented and I think rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Room 3 had its own bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice tile floor and shower but paint was sloppy. Picture sent to us is very different than the actual look of the place in landscaping, color and roof line so we weren't sure we had the right place until the code worked on the door. Self check in. You may or may not see a manager.”

“The small apartment was perfect for one person. It had virtually everything i needed. It was relatively clean; just the ceiling fan needed to be cleaned.It included so many things for the beach scene with chairs, umbrella. There was a barking dog but I called the host and she addressed it immediately. Good service. The ocean is across the street!!! I had a small tropical garden to sit in. And you could hear the wave from the apartment. There are good eateries less than 2 blocks away. I would……

“This property has a lot of potential! With a good deep cleaning, it could be superb and would match the price point! The location was good as far as being close to stores, etc. Parking in the driveway was a little tricky even for a small car. The host was kind and responsive to questions. The couches and chairs in the living room need some cleaning or new covers. We didn't use the dishes, stove, or microwave. The guest house is cute however as I mentioned before, it could use extra cleaning and……

“It was very safe and very quiet. Shopping experience was excellent. Plenty of dining options in vicinity. Transportation very good and close to the beach and many other convience stores. Parking allocated for guests and close to private entry to guesthouse. The guest house owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Anton and Bernise that you made our stay very special!
