“My child and i moved from a different hotel to this one during our trip. The lobby was inviting and the front desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean. My child felt save at this hotel. We also walked over to the attached restaurant/bowling alley which was an added bonus.”

“The front desk staff had some of the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time. You can tell they have had training and expectations set. The hotel appears recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable.”

“Very quiet, staff (which you will not see too often) are very friendly and eager to help in any way. Rooms are very nice and clean. The only downside that I would mention is that there is no cable TV, only broadcast. That being said I will definitely be staying at Erik's Retreat again. Wonderful experience. ”
