“This was my second time in this hotel. I was excited to bring my family as I recalled a welcoming and warm greeting with champagne and conversation upon check-in. This time we had a gruff and cold check-in experience. We felt as if we interrupted the staff member. I told her my story of last check in and told me We checked in on the only day that does not have a champagne welcome. The roof top bar has a great view but they are not experienced with making cocktails - which did not align……

“This hotel is in a great location, right across from the riverwalk and very close to lots of restaurants. Onsite parking is very limited, but it's free, which is rare to find in downtown Savannah. Hotel itself is very nice. Period decor makes you feel like you are in another era, but with all modern amenities. Rooms are very nice and clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. ”
