“This house is in a perfect spot right on an enormous beach with large sand dunes. This made for a fantastic play area for the kids to roam. Walk out to the beach and turn left and five minutes later you're at the Rudder Room for a drink (cash only) and the sea lions gather outside which is a fun thing to watch. Fifteen minutes the other way and you're at a spot with restaurants, boat trips, kayaking, and more. Of course, it's a short drive to the supermarket as well.The house itself is……
