Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. ”

“I am not sure where to start. Amelia was one of the most understanding, gracious, and easy to work with host. We had a family vacation planned here to celebrate our sons first birthday and just before our departure my wife’s grandpas passed away. Grandma still wanted us to go, so we went. When we arrived there was a sorry for your loss note flowers and cookies. It moved my mother in law to tears!
