“Wonderful property in a great location. Responsive host. Clean and kitted out with great amenities. Beach right across the street. Suited well for our party of 10, 6-8 would be incredibly comfortable. Very happy with our entire stay!”

“The place has been remodeled and is beautiful, The spa is great it's just such nice place to feel the beach scene. The magnificent bathroom was amazing. After my wife took a shower she said "That was the best shower ever, my hair is so clean" The owner was great, can't say enough what a treasure it is. ”

“I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!”

“We loved our stay. The spaces are bright and open. All the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to fix meals.location was great for exploring Ventura and Santa Barbara. Short walk to the beach and enjoyed the view of the harbor and sea lions.”

“Some minor repairs needed during the stay in the showers and other minot issues but all good due to the view and location.Floor plan a little odd as access to one bedroom and bath is from an elevator in the garage.Great service from the owners rep.”
