Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. ”

The house was really spacious and had everything we needed and was close to everything. The host was very prompt with all the information and even let us check in early when the house was ready. “This house was fantastic. The most well-stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in. Amazing kitchen, all the beach accessories you could ever need, tons of toiletries and amenities (including hot hair tools), and tons of supplies for babies and little kids -- including baby gates. The location right on the sand and views were also amazing, and beds and seating options were plentiful and very comfortable. We were grateful to Debbie for all her communication before the stay. “Our family had a restful 3 day getaway before the kids head back to college. Easy parking for two vehicles. The cottage is well-appointed and comfortable. The beds were comfy with ample pillows and nice bedding. Short, direct walk to the beach. I think this street hasn't seen as much improvement as the neighboring streets, but surely will someday. Very friendly, quiet, and dog-oriented area just as we remember our regular visits to Oxnard over the past couple of decades. We hope to stay again!”
