“The location of this property cannot be beat. We loved the dock and sat out on the deck every morning and afternoon. It's a super cute area - feels like Newport but maybe a little less fancy. Walking distance to beach. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances. The window treatments and bedroom furniture as well as the bathrooms could be updated but for the price we felt like it was a good value.”
