The house is wonderful - clean, cozy and very welcoming with plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. And I have never had a more thoughtful, helpful or kind host. To make your stay in south Florida amazing, book this property!!”

“The condo is beautiful, just as shown. The property owner was very responsive. Check-in was smooth, but found out they didn’t have everyone checked in properly on our condo so we had issues accessing the facilities. Don’t assume any of your guest can access the pool or the fitness center.. I would even confirm that people staying with you will all be able to access it. Four of the six elevators were down one day and that was pretty frustrating, but it was only one day. Again, no issues with the……

“The rental was clean and offered a nice view. It’s centrally located — right in the heart of a mall area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bayside is also nearby for excursions, which was convenient, although the area is very busy with traffic.We spent most of our time out and about doing different activities and shopping, so the location worked well for that. However, communication with the host was poor. Responses were very slow, and there was a lack of helpful or reassuring……

The location of the Icon is the best, you find everything in walking distance.Could be sometimes noisy…The staff was super friendly and the place is super cleaned all the time.”
