“The building itself needs upgrading the room and bathrooms are very outdated compared to most hotels in big city such as Miami. Even the blinds were outdated one of them fell down while I was asleep. Everything else was very good service.”

“Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile……
