“the staff at Paradise Hotel were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was family friendly I went with my twelve year daughter and she had fun playing in the pool with other children. There was different entertainment at dinner each night. We really enjoyed the Garifuna people dancing punta that was our favorite. Two things they need to improve. When taking a shower hot water runs out immediately and there was no dresser in the room to store clothes.”

“We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. The whole room needs some TLC. Over all our stay was very nice. They could use a place to sit in all the rooms . Ours had no chairs. We had to drag the rocking chairs in every night to sit on other than the bed. They did a fantastic job of cleaning and food was delicious. They did bring me another coffee pot and had to give us a……

“I loved my room with a view of the ocean! I enjoyed hanging out at the pool, swimming from the hotel over to Ginger’s, and snorkeling in half Moon Bay.The Lands End staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location and the easy walk to the West End. I had a great vacation!”
