Viajamos de Estados Unidos, viaje en familia y todo fue increíble, limpieza, personal, las camas y almohadas increíbles, aire acondicionados, baños muy bien equipados, con crema, shampoo y acondicionador, muy limpia la playa y las piscinas. Lo unico que no me gusto fue la comida. Pero de ahi todo estuvo amazing 👏 ”

“I loved this hotel. It is clean, family friendly, the beach is just a couple steps away. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The place is well maintained. We stayed here for the first time 6 days with breakfast included just because we did not know if we were going to like the food. Next time we visit I would definitely book the all inclusive package bc food is delicious and fresh. I didn’t like the restaurant that they have at the beach, but I only had dinner one time. “I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!”

“The hotel was amazing. This is my forth time visiting Roatan and out of Mayan Princess & Infinity, this one is the best one. Rooms are cleaner and better. I also want to note that, in their hotel, they have a nice restaurant called "Alera'' and they have amazing servers. I was very impressed with the service given to me and my family by Tairy and Ernesto. Both of them made my stay even better.”
