“We come to Birmingham every year for Barber Vintage Festival. Stay here every year and it’s always fabulous. Great staff, clean and comfortable beds. AC works well. Breakfast always tasty. Location close to everything. ”

“The neighborhood was not what was expected. The toilet downstairs had incorrect bowl and lid and was not secure. The toilet upstairs had a broken seat. The TP holder upstairs was broken. There were gnats/fruit flies everywhere. The property management never cleaned up the dog park or playground area. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was no microwave. Overall, this was not a great place to stay for an extended amount of time and we would not recommend! ”
