“We really enjoyed this resort but were a bit let down that the restaurant/bar were closed until June 1st. Why have most everything operational but not that. We felt like we did not get our monies worth since all amenities were NOT available and the price should have been much lower because of this.”

“Better than I expected. Cute and comfortable, easy to walk to Main Street and Gondola. It got warm in August, there is no A/C, but there was a tower fan in the closet that we used to blow outside air into the unit at night and that did the trick.”

“The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues……

“Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”

“Great place.. easy walking distance to everything downtown. The river walk was beautiful as were all the flowers and sculptures/art. We were here overnight to attend a concert at the Riverwalk center and it was a quick 4 min walk!”

“Our unit was a 2BR plus loft with 3 full baths. The master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has two queens and the loft/den area has a queen size bunk bed. Both bedrooms and the loft/den are on the second floor of the unit. The unit was quite comfortable, but does not have air conditioning should you be visiting in the summer. The unit was clean but shows some signs of age and the bathrooms while adequate are not fancy. Parking in the garage, while tight for larger vehicles (we had a GMC Yukon)……

“The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!”
