“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“You can tell the owner put some thought and care into the property. Good instructions on accessing stuff in the property - helpful signage where needed, etc. Great place as a homebase to explore the town or northern NJ area. Tierney's - a local Irish pub of historic note is a 2 minute walk. Enzo's pizza down the street has a good pie. I hope to stay there on future trips.”

“This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. ”

“It was a well kept apartment.Extremely respectful and helpful host.Close to Central Park, shops and public transportation, this palce dislocate in historical Harlem, NY with a lot of places to visit. Close to restaurants as well for many choices. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Apt. Just requires a few minor improvements, but overall it was great.”

“great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. ”

“Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us.
