“We stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites over the Memorial Day weekend to attend the Nascar race at Charlotte motor speedway. We stayed at lots of other hotels during our 3 week trip and we particularly found the staff at the Drury Inn & Suites to be SO friendly. They chatted to us in the breakfast room and were genuinly interested in our stay. Rooms were comfortable and big, and the hotel was clean and modern. “The only thing i didn't like was the bathroom. The room i was in only had one glass door it was suppose to have two and water went everywhere. I ended up changing rooms.”

“The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”
