“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“Our stay was phenomenal. I initially was concerned about potential "bad service" based on the previous reviews. That was not the experience we had. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful, start to finish. The room was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The provided body lotions and soaps were quality and had a clean citrusy scent. The breakfast has plenty of options. We never waited longer than 2 minutes for an elevator. The location is perfectly peaceful. We will……

“We came to Chicago to visit museums and the apartment was clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for our stay. One note, parking is listed as an amenity. However, it wasn’t included, though there were many secure lots within a block to pay and park.”
