“Close to the airport and quiet. The parking lot is huge but if there is an event at the expo center it’s really hard to find parking. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Property is older and shows some wear for sure. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “From the street the property looked questionable for our lofging, but once checked in and in the reserved room the ptoperty was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of breakfast beverages and food. The property personnel were professional and knowledgable.”
